Security deposit (refundable) $250 standard
Security deposit if Alcohol is being served(refundable) $400
Alcohol Permit Fee $150
Cleaning Staff $50.00
Set up/Take Down Fees $50/per room
Audio/Visual Fees $30/hr

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due at time of booking. The final balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the event.
